From getting a quote to making a claim, you can manage the entire process using this website. To find out more, please see below for detailed instructions.
Just a quote
To get an instant quote for golf equipment insurance cover and then have the option to buy online, enter the value of your golf equipment in the Quick Quote section on the home page, and click on “Get a Quote”.
When you click on the “Get a Quote” button you will be shown a monthly and annual amount, and then will be taken to the beginning of the purchase process.
You can also go to the top of every page and click on “Get A Quote”.
Quote and buy process
Completing the quote and payment process is fast and simple. All you have to do is fill in the relevant boxes and click on the “Get a Quote” button as you work through the pages.
At all times, your personalised cover options will be summarised on the right-hand side of the page under “Your Custom Cover”.
Your position within the process is helpfully shown by the highlighted steps in the middle of the screen.
When you reach the Payment section you can select a payment method from either debit card, credit card or direct debit. It will help to have your account details to hand for this.
Once you have completed this section, the status of your payment will be displayed onscreen and you will also receive an email with your policy details.
The first step is to enter the value of your golf equipment, and then follow the steps to complete your personal details.
How to pay
Once you’ve chosen your cover level, just choose how you wish to pay online:
- A single payment by credit/debit card
- By monthly instalment
That’s it - you’re covered!
Your welcome letter and confirmation schedule will be emailed to you within one hour. Your documentation will also be available to view via the Existing Customer link on the website within 10 minutes. This will list all the items insured and confirm all the components of the cover you have selected. You will have another opportunity to download the policy wording via the confirmation email if you didn’t do this when completing your application.
Don’t forget - you can change your mind within 14 days and still get a full refund.
If you want to change or amend your cover, you can amend details of your golf equipment insurance policy online. Of course, you can also call our UK call centre on 0345 873 3867.
Firstly, log in to your account, by using the menu at the top of the screen to navigate to ‘Existing Customers’ and then ‘Policies’.
Once on your policy page, locate the policy you would like to change and click on ‘Amend’.
Edit and save
You will now find yourself able to edit the fields of your policy details. Once you have completed your changes, click on ‘Save’. Your policy and payments will now update, and you will receive an email notifying you of these changes.
To make a golf insurance claim simply download the relevant claim forms by navigating to ‘Claims’ and then ‘Claim Forms’ in the main horizontal menu, click on the ‘Download’ button within the Claim Form section and save the form for you to be able to print it off and fill in the details.
On completing the claim form, post it to the address on the claim form so we can promptly process it and contact you with the outcome of your claim.
